The location was excellent, just a short walk to Diocletian's Palace and the lively Riva waterfront. Everything in the place was clean with no unpleasant smells, which made for a comfortable stay. the room felt a bit cramped and could have used another plug for charging devices easily. it was perfect for our short trip focused on exploring the nearby historical sites.

Recommend it for families with kids
The owners were hospitable, they even arranged our taxi back to the airport. The terrace on the top floor was a real gem, gorgeous views and perfect for unwinding after a day out.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still worth every penny.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms, nicely appointed, excellent internet access.
Rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable, but guests should just be aware that the rooms are not terribly large.

Highly recommend it for families with kids
We had a cozy little area with a sitting spot that was perfect after a long day. The couple of nights we dined at the restaurant below were seriously a treat, the food was just that good.
I won't lie, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but for what we got, it was still worth it.

The room was very clean, newly renovated, and very comfortable. Breakfast foods were left for us in the fridge. Very nice proprietor, most helpful about getting around in Split. Would highly recommend it.

Location, hosts/owners, konoba, room that included water boiler and coffee/tea
a little pricey, but fine

missingWrote a review on 17 Auggood air-conditioning
Just a reliable pick for a momentary pause in Split with reasonable value. The air-con worked well when we needed it. Make sure to turn on the main switch for hot water in the bathroom first.

missingWrote a review on 15 Augconvenient locationcomplimentary beveragescramped roomleaking showerlimited kitchenware
Unbeaten location with easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms are equipped with a mini bar and complimentary tea and coffee. The shower had issues with a leaking head, and the room was notably cramped with limited space for three guests. Plus, a lack of basic kitchenware and furniture made things uncomfortable, such as only one chair for a three-person reservation.

It was clean and cosy.
I didn't like all of the stairs we had to climb in order to get to our room.

It was great value for money and the family were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good for the price paid.
The air conditioner was leaking slightly.
